SHAPE Study group on Heart failure Awareness and Perception in Europe.

SHAPE aims at improving heart failure care by increasing awareness and perception of the disease in Europe.
To achieve this aim, heart failure will be profiled among the General Public. Also, patients will be educated, as well as their families, those who treat them and, indirectly, the Authorities that sanction treatment and should make resources for improved care available.

SHAPE is a Pan-European project carried out in 9 countries: France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.
